Which postcode do I use when creating the return label?

If you ordered your package to be delivered to your home address, please use the postcode of the delivery address.

In case you have ordered to a pick-up station, use the postcode of the billing address.

For our UK fans:

The return is via Royal Mail, please use the delivery postcode only.
